Process to obtain ALOE VERA GEL the temperature for processing Aloe is very critical. "ACTIVE ALOE ™" chills the leaf just minutes after being cut at 5ºC. The process starts and remains at this temperature making sure that it remains constant so sudden changes do not damage it.
